Powers and Abilities; Cheap magic tricks (all of them can be explained through supernatural science), especially with a magic Emerald Crystal Ball on his cane that grants Fiendish the ability to travel anywhere, through anything and at any moment, in which it's powers are channeled, for greater effect than it already has, into his hat enabling teleportation and invisibility, his cape enabling the ability to pass through any density at immense speed (wings for space, fins for liquid and drills for solids), and his belt buckle enabling time travel. All of the three species of green gems also gives Fiendish near immortality, though they are not powerful enough to truly be effective against Omniversial threats, even though it barley reaches that level in its capabilities. However, in terms of creative or destructive powers, Fiendish is only at a mere Street Level (unless he steals some supernatural weapons). If Fiendish looses any of these items, he is capable of using his magic tricks to make them reappear, yet there are times when he forgets what the magic words to resummon them are. And in terms of intelligence, although he is very witty in his method of escaping doom, he does not have not all knowledge in existence as he has made a few goof-ups in his evil schemes. Also being a cartoon character, he can survive through quite a few hazards and can occasionally use cartoon logic as well.
Edit; In terms of combat skills, Master Fiendish is not all too familiar in Martial Arts, yet he certainly knows how to fight cheap and dirty, cheating and tricking mere street level beings and possibly even lesser meta-level beings (Village or Elfin Forest Level, such as fire breathing dragons) with traps and exploiting of their weaknesses. Against even greater foes, Fiendish will fight in a tactical retreat, fleeing while hurling every conventional weapon in his arsenal at the enemy like an angry audience throwing rotten food at a bad stand-up comedian in a stage play. He will also use his gemsone artifacts to create false duplicates of himself to act as both his army and as decoys, and if Fiendish himself were to die, his oldest surviving duplicate will convert into the original Master Fiendish. Though his tactical retreats are at best distractions, especially to Messor the destroyer deity.

Weaknesses; Romance, as his bad habits of trying to win the hearts of the damsels he kidnaps generally distracts him from his plots and leading him to his defeats by the heroes early on in his life, however he'll eventually improve on this turning his attention to wanting money and using a false sense of romance to catch his victims off guard by stealing from them. Other weaknesses are that with out his Emerald cane he is a sitting duck to Messor's wrath and has a short window of chance to summon back his Emerald cane. He is an old timer in his villainous plots and having to compete with far more advanced villains particularly anime villains. As mentioned in his powers and abilities, Master Fiendish is only a street level in terms of destructive power, as in literally he can destroy nine meters a street with a pickaxe until tiring out and having to take a nap after a hard day's work of mining for pavement, to reach higher levels like planetary level, galactic level or even universal level of destructive power, he'll have to steal a supernatural artifact to enable him to become such, and even then he may not have the capabilities to properly wield them. He has a habit of forgetting sometimes as well as struggling to break his old traditions, which causes him to run the risk of encountering Messor who can sense such. He also has the serious risk of attracting the unwanted attention of beings far worse than even Messor or Provisor if he makes the mistake of using the Emerald on his cane to its fullest potential by exacting the more destructive power that it secretly possesses, for it is actually a piece of the Third Eye of Satan and he will sick his most powerful sentinel (Sir Peccatori the Hellmouth Knight) to slaughter anyone who owns it to retrieve it back.

Trademarks; Twirling his moustache or beard, tipping his hat, wielding his Jade Emerald Cane of Prescience, using weapons dating from the Victorian times to the end of WWII, His impulsion to call out on foolish cliché ideologies, such as "The powers of "True Love" is a magic superweapon that will smite down all evil!"

Inspirations; The base of his design and his starting character trait is pretty much on that of every single cliché Dastardly Whiplash stereotype one could imagine, more often parodied throughout media, as the Bad Guy generally located around railway tracks with a captive damsel.

The other inspirations would be magicians, including Marvel's Doctor Strange as well as other villains like Thanos (as in his motivations are not as heinous as the acts he carries out (seriously, the "Mad Titan" commits mass genocide because he wants Marvel's female personification of the Grim Reaper as his spouse?).

Biography; Master Fiendish is a cartoon character based directly off of every cliché twirly mustached crook in fiction one can imagine, most notably Dick Dastardly and Snidely Whiplash. So cliché that he is at risk of getting scrapped for being so out-of-date. So with his wits and the power of cheap magic tricks, along with the occasional help of the divine intervention who had granted him with the latter, Master Fiendish will do whatever varied wicked new deeds it'll take to keep himself unique while escaping an arch nemesis who is cosmically beyond any classic hero or damsel in distress.
